Material & Hardness
Made from T12 or T13 high-carbon tool steel, each file undergoes quenching and low-temperature tempering to achieve a fine martensitic structure.
This ensures excellent wear resistance and long service life.

Finish: Smooth, anti-rust treated surface
⚠️ Due to high hardness, files should not be used as hammers or pry bars to avoid breakage.
Production Process
Forging & Shaping – Steel blanks are forged into various profiles.
Tooth Cutting – Diamond-shaped serrations are precisely cut on the surface.
Heat Treatment – Through quenching + low-temperature tempering, high hardness and durability are achieved.
Surface Finishing – Polishing, anti-rust coating, and ergonomic handle assembly.
